The Accidental Leaders development programme and the Accidental Managers training programme will give the directors and managers of creative and digital businesses unique access to world class training services and offer a bespoke programme of support and mentoring. The Accidental Leaders is for company CEOs and founders, whilst the Accidental Managers is aimed at rising stars that are now or soon-to-be in management roles.
