Pervasive Media Studio opens its doors

12 June 2008

25 June | 2-7pm | Pervasive Media Studio

The Pervasive Media Studio opened in January 2008 as a place where people can find out more about media of the future, a space for collaborative projects that build, test and develop ideas for projects that take computers and their content off desktops and out in to the real world.

The Pervasive Media Studio locates world-class research in the heart of the city, and will be offering a wide variety of public events and seminars.

On the last Wednesday of every month the Pervasive Media Studio doors are open to anyone who wants to know more about what we do, and the projects that are happening. Come along and check out what is going on in the world of pervasiveness.

Our first open session is on Wednesday June 25th from 2-7pm.

It is free to come along, and is part of our aim to showcase our space as the place to test/play/try/meet and discuss pervasive media projects. Bring your own ideas, chat to people about the projects, maybe even test some of them out.

To find us come to Anchor Square near @Bristol and look for the tall redbrick chimney at the end of the Leadworks building – we are above the Firehouse Rotisserie restaurant.
