Bristol-based Hyperlaunch, an award-winning multimedia production company, has been brought by Digital Marketing Group.
Hyperlaunch, founded in 2001, operates under three divisions: Creative/Development, Online PR (music and non music) and Buzz Marketing. Hyperlaunch has an established reputation for creativity and strong technical development focus particularly evident in entertainment, youth and lifestyle brands. With clients including Samsung, Universal Music and Warner's Atlantic label. DMG is acquiring Hyperlaunch with 60% cash and 40% shares for £3.5m.
