The Technology Strategy Board has named Philip Hargrave as head of its Digital Communications Knowledge Transfer Network. Philip is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, was Chief Scientist of Nortel and has thirty years of experience in industrial R&D in the field of electronic communications.
