From street games to happy packages, Media Sandbox has announced six new commissions for 2008. Successful applicants come from across the South West and will each receive £9,000 and a programme of business support to help develop their research proposals for innovative pervasive media ideas.

Swarm | Simon Evans and Simon Johnson
Media Sandbox, a new commissioning scheme from iShed and South West Screen, is designed to encourage business growth, share knowledge with the wider sector and reinforce the reputation of Bristol and the South West as a centre for cutting-edge R&D.
