3C Research's Visualise project carried out the first of two trials to be held at the World Rally Championships in Wales. The first took place in December 2006. The second will take place in December 2007. Visualise aims to provide spectators with near real time access to events as they unfold across the stages from both the trackside as well as the in-car cameras.
